General Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservation: Reservation is made by e-mail, telephone or internet form.
  2. Deposit: the deposit of at least Euro 60,00 or 25% of the estimated cost of the stay in San Martino is to be paid within 10 days, starting from the date of our booking confirmation, to our bank account indicated in the invoice (please bring the bank transfer receipt).

In case of cancellation later than 10 days before the date of arrival, the entire travel price will be retained or demanded. If the travel participant shortens his booked trip after the start of the trip, he is still obliged to pay the entire booked period.
  6. Travel cancellation insurance: We expressly point out that travel cancellation insurance can be taken out in travel agencies and with many insurance companies.
  7. Cancellation by the tour operator: We reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient number of participants up to two weeks before the start of the course. In this case, we will refund the entire course price already paid.
  8. Travel services and liability: our services are based on the brochure: we undertake to maintain the services or to offer equivalent services as a substitute. The liability of the provider resulting from breaches of contract is limited to three times the travel price.
  9. Check-in/check-out: Check-in 14:00 – 18:00; if arriving after 18:00, please let us know by telephone; check-out by 10:00.
  10. WLAN: Free internet use with your own devices is possible in certain areas (not in the rooms).
  11. Dogs: We kindly ask you not to take your dogs into the restaurant or onto the breakfast terrace during breakfast and dinner.
  12. Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, vegetarian food preferences etc. before your arrival.
